Francesca founded the coalition in 2008 after realizing the need for fit parents' rights to be protected & children to be kept safe. After years of a rotating door to family court, Francesca realized that Judges and child attorneys were NOT for the best interest of children and did not follow the laws to protect the rights of families. Francesca works with National organizations, domestic violence experts, law enforcement, legislatures and advocacy groups across the Nation. She Spear headed the first "rally for reform in Ulster County & the "WE THE PARENTS EVENT" in Washington D.C.
