             You don't always need a full retainer to have an expert in your corner. Our Family Court Advocacy Membership is designed for individuals who are handling their case Pro Se but need:

             This membership provides access to Francesca Amato's extensive experience in family court advocacy, ADA rights, civil rights, domestic violence, child welfare, and court-system accountability without requiring the commitment of a traditional full-service retainer.

 

Membership ($500.00):

​

             Your $500 monthly membership includes up to 5 hours of professional advocacy and consulting services each month. Those hours may be used for services such as:

• Case strategy and consultation.

• Reviewing and analyzing court documents.

• Helping you understand court procedures and requirements.

• Assisting with preparation of motions.

• Responses.

• Affidavits and other documents.

• Reviewing documents before you file them.

• Helping you organize evidence and case information.

• Preparing you for court appearances.

• Helping you understand what to expect at your next hearing.

• Discussing potential legal and procedural issues with your case.

• ADA accommodation guidance and advocacy support.

• Helping you identify potential civil-rights or ADA concerns.

• Strategic guidance throughout your case.

• Ongoing support when you are representing yourself.

 

YOUR HOURS DON'T HAVE TO DISAPPEAR:

             Unused membership hours may roll over into the following month. Your unused hours are not simply lost because you did not need them that month. This allows your membership to function as an ongoing bank of professional advocacy time that can be utilized when your case requires additional attention.

 

COURT APPEARANCES:

 

             The membership is specifically designed for consulting, advocacy assistance, and Pro Se support. If your matter requires Francesca to personally appear in court, court appearances are billed separately at $135.00 per hour. This keeps the membership affordable for families who primarily need guidance and professional support while allowing additional services to be provided when a case becomes more demanding.

 

CANCEL ANYTIME:

             There is no long-term membership commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership is designed to give you flexibility while providing something many families desperately need during a difficult court case: Someone experienced who can help you understand what is happening and help you prepare for what comes next.

 

WHY THIS MEMBERSHIP IS DIFFERENT:

 

             Family Court can become overwhelming very quickly. A person may have documents they do not understand, deadlines approaching, hearings they are not prepared for, or questions about how to properly present their position to the court. You should not have to navigate every step completely alone. This membership gives you access to professional advocacy knowledge and strategic guidance throughout the month while allowing you to remain in control of your own case. Rather than paying for a large retainer when you may only need periodic assistance, the membership provides a more accessible option for cases that primarily require consultation, preparation, document assistance, and strategic support.

• You need professional guidance but do not require full-service representation.

• You need someone experienced to review your documents.

IMPORTANT:

 

             This membership is intended for matters that are appropriate for consulting and advocacy support. Some cases are significantly more complex, require extensive litigation preparation, substantial document review, emergency intervention, extensive research, or other intensive services. Those matters may require a separate retainer or customized service arrangement. If your case requires services beyond the scope of the membership, we will discuss those needs with you before additional work is undertaken.
